Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your new headband However if there is an issue or defect with your order, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our policy.
Returns: All returns must be in 7 days of delivery and must be unworn and in original condition. Please email info@prettyhappies.com pictures of your issue and we will help you with the next steps. Returns for any non-personalized items must be requested in writing within 7 days of delivery of your order (or if local pickup, 7 days from notice that order is ready for pickup). Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to return items back to us, and refunds will only be processed once item is received. Returns will NOT be accepted for personalized items, unless there is an error on our end. Please make sure you check your order CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY before submitting your order. We CANNOT guarantee to honor any changes once an order is submitted. Make sure you check ALL names and initials, paying special attention to FIRST, MIDDLE, and LAST initials as labeled.
Exceptions: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
-Holiday, Custom Monogram, Sale, Promotional Items and Happies Club.
